2021-09-19 20:49:42 +0000 UTCHaven't seen any comments about this yet: If you look carefully during this episode, when Brighthope displays the colored silhouettes of the princesses, at the top (half cut off) is a brownish silhouette with a CAT TAIL!!! Perhaps Catra is a princess, or related to one.

2021-09-19 02:26:27 +0000 UTCIt's interesting to me to note (as an ND person), that Entrapta being ND was confirmed after the show ended so for a long time during the show, the fandom and the characters get a bit frustrated with Entrapta's lack of moral compass, which they all obviously have a very strong version of as rebels and princesses, and they mistake it for her not caring about them. Great representation once again!

2021-09-19 02:22:19 +0000 UTCI like the idea of it, but Catra returns to the Fright Zone right after that and pauses and grimaces when Scorpia says she's the best friend anyone could have, which indicates to me that it was real. That and the moment where she makes eye contact with young Catra about breaking the promise solidified the actions she takes after. If it wasn't actually her, how did Real Catra break the simulation and get out?

Because it wasn't just "hardships grow you as a person" (which is problematic in society when its used to justify abuse and also makes people go out of their way to proved they suffered for their art or other things) but also "I wanted to kick your ass since I was little because of your abuse". I also think it's big to mention that she saw Shadow Weaver recharge in the mystocor episode and noticed the weakness she had there. And I do not think that was the only time Catra watched Shadow Weaver looking for a weakness.

Many people fail to grasp where she’s serving her points and why she is the way she is, if not that then they skim over it. Seriously glad I’m a part of this community now, it’s been a great journey so far. Been here since the beginning of the Avatar Series! (:
