Something I noticed on my sixth or seventh obsessive re-watch of this episode - when Prime is condescendingly telling Catra that she "did the right thing", we get a brief closeup of the display over Prime's shoulder, before shifting up to his face. That's how Catra knew where to send Glimmer, and it's why she passed the information to Prime - she needed him to find the ship for her.
