I also thought it was just DT making shit up but since they mention being in the Horde for a bit, they may have actually heard HP ranting.

2022-05-31 21:23:10 +0000 UTCIn regards to Catra adjusting fast to the group, showrunner ND Stevenson wrote a great fanfic that contains missing scenes between eps 5-7. It’s scenes that they wanted to put in the show but couldn’t for time restraint, and it’s all about Catra learning to adjust. It’s called “Don’t Go” by annacharlier on AO3, would definitely recommend reading once you’ve finished the show.

But they know about Save the Cat, so I think they said something super vague that's probably true.

I think you might want to invest in two pairs of headphones so you’re both able to hear better, cuz there’s a lot of cool sound design in shows that you would likely miss out on if you don’t have good audio quality

But next episode is one of my favorites of the whole series! It’s the last truly “fun” episode of the show—I’d argue it’s even the only true episode of that kind in the entire back half of the series. But I’ll save that explanation for a comment on the next video!

2022-05-31 15:10:30 +0000 UTCI just think that the reason this season feels rushed is that they don't make a great work of showing the viewers how much time has passed between episodes -- I'm pretty sure this space trip lasts for weeks and sometimes we're led to believe that a lot of time passes in some episodes, but it's so subtle and they don't talk about it. I think that, since they had a limited amount of episodes to fit the plot for this season, they should really have found a way to explicitly show us the time passing. Catra being more comfortable in this episode is probably because it's been days (or more!) since the end of ep 6.
