i actually never thought father and hohenheim were the same person. i was so confused when you guys thought they were but i went along with it. they look more related rather than the same person. like father looks like a father to hohenheim, like the brothers' grandfather. so i am very curious to see what happens next cause i am watching this alongside you guys for the first time.

2022-08-27 04:48:30 +0000 UTCI remember one of you theorised earlier that since Gluttony appears to me more simple minded, almost childlike, may mean that the brothers could maybe trick him into leading them back to base or something. It made me think about how Gluttony is the only one that we have seen so far behaving in such a childlike way. He always needs someone to be with him to guide him, give him permission to eat things and people or forbid him and it used to be Lust (kind of a mother figure to him) and now it's Envy for now. Out of the seven sins, Gluttony i.e. just being really hungry and wanting food is one that could align with babies because its such a base emotion. All babies are born and cry when they are hungry and want to be fed frequently, and I wonder if that ties into why Gluttony is the only childlike one of the Homonculi.
