End of August Update

Hello everyone! As we close out August, we plan on filming and posting Episode 26 of FMAB in the next 2 days!

We planned on posting earlier, but this weekend Montana and I learned some sad news we needed to process and still are continuing to process. Nothing for anyone to worry about, but basically we learned from the vet that our beloved Cat Cheyanne is not in fact immortal and needs some help with her health as she rounds out her 16th year. For now, she’s perfectly happy, active, and in no pain, and we’re making a plan to keep it that way for as long as she likes :)

We are in a better place with how we’re feeling now, and will try to watch this last episode of the arc as soon as we can, but please understand that Montana and I are still going to be processing a lot moving forward. Currently we think the filming and posting schedule will be the exact same as before, but I’ll keep you posted with whenever we watch and plan to post moving forward. Thank you all for being so supportive to us all the time, and we will keep you all posted on queen Cheyanne as she enjoyed her retirement.

Best,

Kenny

Loads of love for Cheyenne ❤️

Swanzy

Just thought of something. Did you guys ever watch the Shera season 5 trailer?

SweetCandle

Watching pets get older is hard. My childhood cat lived to be 20 years old. You two are wonderful cat parents and I'm sure she loves you very much. :)

Vex Valor

Yeah, that realization that they're getting older and probably going to need more help to maintain a good quality of life is never easy. Happy to hear that she's still doing well. I'm sure everyone here understands what you're going through, and probably agrees that we'd rather wait and see you react to shows when you're happy and able to be invested than see you try to churn them out because you feel like you have to.

I'm beginning to reach this point with both my 15 year old cat and my 10 year old malamute, so I know how hard it can be to watch fur babies get older. sending lots of love to you guys and queen cheyanne!

Brianna Soccio

lots of love to cheyanne and you both ❤️

Please give the Queen Cheyanne plenty of hugs and kisses on all her fans' behalf. and don't hesitate to put her health and well-being above all! Much love to you guys.

MeggieHammie

Oof, it makes me sad already thinking about any of my furbabies no longer being around. I hope queen Cheyanne is healthy and active for a long time to come, but senior animals do need a bit of help with quality of life sometimes. Please take the time you need to deal with this, it's not possibly to rush dealing with these kinds of situations. Much love to all the furry Letts

We have a 15 year old dog in the same situation. Just do our best to make what time we have together the best they can be. I wish you all the best!

BlueEyedRaven

Having senior animals is hard, please take all the time you need to love on Cheyanne and work through your emotions! Mental health and family ALWAYS comes first. Plus, I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say we'd rather you react to shows when you'll be able to enjoy them, rather than when your minds will be somewhere else. Take care of yourselves!

Leighton Williams

As a vet tech and a cat momma I know all too well how painful this process is. Please prioritize taking care of yourselves and Cheyanne right now! She is so lucky to have two amazing parents who love her so much!

Amanda Scott

I hope everything goes well, sending love and hope from Sweden <3

Jenna

I’ve had pets all my life and it’s always hard when they start getting older. I’m glad she’s still doing well! Take all the time you need to process these feelings. Love you guys and your furry kids!

Jenny D

Sending you both lots of love and Cheyenne all the health possible! I’ve been in this position before and it’s awful. Please know that we’re here for you and we understand if you need some time. Take care of yourselves!

JennatheBreadQueen

Yes, i also learned that pets dont infact live forever and its a sad thing to realize :(. Take all the time you need, but have you thought about hiring an editor? Since that could make it easier to produce content more evenly, if thats what you were worried about :)

I hope Cheyanne stays healthy for a long time
