In case you're not aware, Gravity Falls is somewhat of a spiritual predecessor since Alex Hirch created it (he voices Hooty and King on TOH) and Dana Terrace worked on Gravity Falls before creating The Owl House.

Only downside I can see to adding it to the list is that the fanbase for it and Owl House overlap so much that if they're on the same poll they may split each other's votes, which would be a shame since they'll probably be the 2 best things on the poll, lol

Especially if you're going to be watching The Owl House - they're not narratively connected but they have(/had) a lot of the same people working on them, so they have a sort of similar 'vibe'. Alongside Amphibia they form what I would call the triad of great modern cartoons.

It can be a bit episodic at times, but even the non-plot-heavy episodes have really fun writing and they always sprinkle some mystery elements into those as well. I think you guys would love it
