Unlike how people wanted aot and invincible at the same time…TOH is just enough of wholesomeness to keep you feeling better after heartbreak in fmab, but it’s not so childish it will turn off an older audience. Really hope it wins and hope dragon prince wins the next one! Unless gravity falls or amphibia is considered… also this is Naruto’s ramen from YouTube btw, I was finally able to get your patreon due to finally getting my dream job! You guys have no idea how long I’ve been watching and waiting to be able to support you the best I can. I feel like I was the first one to recommend fmab in that after atla stream a while back? I get the impression (not watching anime myself) that the anime series are mystery box shows, and while there are some mysterious things in TOH and SPoP and Arcane, they all reveal what's actually going on fairly quickly so a lot of speculation about "what is happening in the plot" is less interesting than "what is this show telling us?" At least in my opinion - but I don't really care for mystery boxes, so I may be in the minority.

The first episodesof Shera were about Adora finding the sword and discovering a path she dutifully has to follow. I think Owl House, on the other hand, gives the opposite message in this episode that Luz is not “the chosen one” and doesnt have a certain reason or purpose in this world. Rather her journey will be about her finding herself and growing up.

They both have a similar sense of humor (and in GF the jokes are even more frequent).
