Death Note episode 31-34 Questions

If Misa had not received a Death Note and consequently had not appeared in Light's life, do you believe that Light's relationship with Kiyomi would have become closer? Would they naturally have become a couple? In other words, would Kyomi have been Light's choice as a woman?

Episode 32 - Why do women keep falling for Light even though he treats them badly? For example, Misa and Kiyomi are well aware that Light is close to both of them but they still don't question Light and continue to want Light more. The way he manipulates them is insane.

Meta question then. Death Note post Episode 25 is where i stop on rewatches and is generally considered an inferior second part to a great show, do you agree or disagree and how important do you think the second half of the plot is. I think it's a necessary 'evil' to finish the story.

for 33 - From Misa's and Kiyomi's "dinner". We see Misa attempt to push Her and Lights relationship as dominance over Kiyomi, while we also seeing Kiyomi's reaction. What problems might occur from these two butting heads and how might this affect any of Lights plans?
