Yeah, I love MHA and all but I'm really sort of MHA'd out at this point. Which is my fault, because I definitely don't watch just 1 reaction channel. And with how long the show has been going on, I haven't even started the latest season. CSM feels like the one that'd make the most sense, but i'll take anything else.

What matters for them is the number of episodes and not the number of reaction videos. More content means more work regardless of how many reactions they upload I think.

MHA is a good anime with a better and better animation over time and a complex story but with only one episode per week it would take roughly 2 years and a half to catch up. In that much time you could react to many different shows 2-3 seasons long each...

I would have to guess they are comparing it to longer shows like DBZ, Sailor Moon, One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, or Pokemon.

Still campaigning for two anime shows, one eps a week each. One longer term, like MHA and one shorter, which can still be switched up for new shorter stuff. That way you keep the longer term folks and still have variety for growing the audience. By itself, MHA is too goshdarned long.

I still think that Code Geass would be the best choice for this format. Especially after seeing you react to all four series. Its great for analyzing and discussion because it goes really deep on certain topics and has some interesting twists. It also is the most logical show to follow up after Death Note. They are both similar but also completely different. This show is a classic and considered one of the best anime for a reason. I really think you would love this show.

MHA is by far my favorite of these options, and I'm stoked to see it ahead, but you guys might want to consider pacing it out in chunks of a season or two at a time and then reacting to something shorter in-between because, honestly, I do get the complaint about the length.

I get people are hype about MHA but I feel like it’s such a commitment, plus it’s a show Kenny has already seen and I’m really enjoying the fresh reactions from both sides. I’m hoping for JJK mostly or CSM - I think these were sort of the sleeper picks in the pilot watches and they had great first watches and it would be easier to address those S1s first, switch to a season or two of another show, then come back as the subsequent JJK/CSM seasons roll out

Looks like MHA is winning in the voting polls, which isn't really a bad thing or surprising, but compared to most popular/well-known animes out there right now, it's pretty cookie cutter and bland (and that's as an opinion from someone who watched 5 seasons of it hoping it would get more interesting because the hype said it would). I haven't watched JJK so I can't comment on that, but CG is similar in many ways to Death Note (plus a fair amount of action), and CSM is action heavy but is packed with a lot of meaningful dialogue and story - there's no filler at all, and the animation is absolutely stunning. Honestly, I'm just hoping it will be any three except MHA

Idk about the least amount of fanservice lmao... not only is there a bunch, but a lot of it is also incredibly obnoxious. That's coming from a massive fan of the show, but it's certainly awful when fanservice is shown.

It really depends on what kind of show you want. With MHA there's just not really that much to react/discuss besides the characters doing cool things and great animation. I would say similar with JJK to some degree with more interesting powers/story. With CG and CSM those shows I in my opinion have a more interesting story that lends itself to discussion/ reactions and have more to say in their message to the viewer

My Hero isn't that long but it feels longer which is what is a big turn off for a lot of people. Especially since you have to get through 2 seasons that are pretty meh with not much going on and that's not me disliking the show that's pretty well established. Either way I alway advocate for shorter anime since it's great for diversity of content. Hope you guys enjoy whatever you pick.

I stick by my earlier sentiment. Chainsaw man first as it’s currently the shortest choice with just 12 episodes and it will still be a while before any more comes. Mha is 6 seasons and still going and Jujutsu is about to start its second season.

MHA would be finished within a year at least, but that isn’t as long as other people are making it out to be especially for us patreon users. And y’all could always take a break between seasons to watch another shorter show if y’all felt like it. Either way, it’s more important what y’all think is best for your channel and what you enjoy more, who cares how long it would take.

I watched + read 3 of the 4 shows and I voted for the one that gave me the most feelings, the most relatable moments. I did not watch Code Geass because I just don't agree with the visuals. THough I have heard many good things about it. That said, the 3 that I did watch all are amazing shows, but Chainsaw Man is the least.

I think CSM is the better choice (right now), given that it has much less episodes than something like MHA. MHA will take a while to complete, meanwhile CSM will not. But, the final say is up to you.

Just my 2 cents I’ve seen all the shows here except for Chainsaw man. I’ve put it off because it doesn’t seem like something I would like. I watched your reaction to the first episode and can honestly say, it didn’t inspire me to continue watching. Code Geass without a doubt has the best story on this list. I think overall it’s better than Death Note because of how they both end. For your channel, it’s probably better to watch something ongoing because if you’re caught up to a bunch of ongoing shows it does a lot for growth. While I like My hero more than Jujutsu Kaisen, it’s probably better to go with Jujutsu kaisen first since you can get to the latest episode faster, that way you can then start watching My Hero. One thing I do think will make this decision easier is increasing upload frequency. I get not everyone can do this so it’s fine. Love your channel regardless of the direction you take, you both have some of the best reactions.
