General Terms and Conditions

Generally, all content on this Patreon page is licensed under a Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 international license, which means that you are free to use and adapt this content for personal projects, and you may share materials with the players at your table for use in your game with appropriate credit and attribution link to Oixxo Art Patreon.

You may not sell or give away for free any of my products, or any work that includes my products, unless defined by the terms and conditions below.

NOTE: Use of my content in a way that can be considered generally offensive, obscene or immoral is strictly prohibited. This means my art is not available within any actions/materials that promote racism, sexism or bigotry of any kind.

My active patrons get different levels of commercial licence usage within their chosen tiers.

Personal Use & Private Games

You may use the content for your personal (non-commerical) projects and private gaming sessions, share with your friends and players. If you choose to post what you have created online, you must include an attribution link to Oixxo Art Patreon and give appropriate credit.

Video Streaming

You are welcome to use my content in video streams such as YouTube, Twitch etc., but please, include an attribution link to Oixxo Art Patreon within the video description section and links to my social media where appropriate and where the content is visible.

If you are using free content I provide, please also give clear credit (verbal mentioning and attribution links to Oixxo Art Patreon and my social media) in the video whenever the assets are visible.

If you stream using my content - please let me know, I'd love to see it in use!

Commercial License & Usage

If you are not my active patron, under this license you may not sell, reproduce, or publish any of my works for commercial gain. You must not use my content in commercial products without my explicit permission.

If you are my patron, please remember that all the commercial usage comes with a living, working relationship with me.

General Terms and Conditions - Commercial License

• You must be an active patron of Oixxo Art Patreon at the time of release of your products. Commercial License usage is only available while you are my active patron. If you cancel your patronage, all licensing options terminate immediately.
• If you end your patronage, you may continue to distribute the content that have already been released, but you must not release any more content regardless of when it was created.
• You must be my active patron for at least one full calendar month before releasing your first product.
• You must include an appropriate credit to Oixxo Art where the content is visible (including the active link to Oixxo Art Patreon) as the artist, cartographer or assets creator in the product itself and in any marketing and/or promotional materials related to the product.
• If you use my content for commercial purposes, you must notify me before the release of your product for the purpose of checking the correct attribution for my content and adding the product to the list of tracked products. You can contact me via Patreon direct messages or in Discord: oixxo#8152
• Fanart content and content which is a part of a collaboration with other creators is not covered by this license and is not available for commercial use. I am not responsible for any uncoordinated use of such content and any consequences that might follow.
• I maintain the right to decline the use of my content in any materials and products.
• I maintain the right to update and change these terms at any time.

• You may use any downloadable assets that your pledge gives you access to (maps, items, characters, creatures etc.) in your paid games and streams.
• You may use any downloadable assets that your pledge gives you access to (maps, items, characters, creatures etc.) in your homebrew adventures, encounters, modules, handout cards etc.
• You may use only watermarked maps in homebrew adventures, encounters, modules you intent to release. Please apply the OIXXOART_MAP watermark attached to this post or contact me - the watermark should be clearly visible in the corner of the map and be not less than 50% transparent).
• You may use my Dungeondraft assets and top down view tiles to create and distribute your own maps with appropriate credit to Oixxo Art (including the link to Oixxo Art Patreon) as the tiles creator.
• You may not release any assets (maps, items, characters, creatures etc.) as standalone objects, only as a part of your projects (homebrew adventure/module/encounter etc.)
• You may not use my Dungeondraft assets and top down view tiles to create and distribute your own maps.
• You may only release 1 written adventure/module/encounter per month using my assets.
• You may make minor adjustments to the maps (such as adding tiles) or other assets (such as color adjustments). In this case please credit Oixxo Art as the original artist or cartographer.
• You must include an appropriate credit to Oixxo Art where the content is visible (including the active link to Oixxo Art Patreon) as the artist, cartographer or assets creator in the product itself and in any marketing and/or promotional materials related to the product.
• If your product including my content is being posted online in a digital marketplace or platform, an attribution to Oixxo Art must be in the description section and a link to https://www.patreon.com/oixxoart must also be included.
