I have a feeling he has long dropped the idea of killing her as long as she doesn't do anything reckless again.

2023-04-19 18:48:40 +0000 UTCMisa had a Death Note this entire time. The thing with Light giving Misa pages of the Death Note was just at the event of their trip to L.A. Light had to forfeit ownership of his own notebook (he sent it to the task force) because his father would made the deal for Shinigami's eyes to eliminate Mello's gang, and so Chief Yagami could saw that Light was Death Note owner if he still with ownership. In order to not loose his memories, Light got Misa's notebook and... well, put it inside his pants during all the time they spend on L.A. Yeah, I know, is somewhat strange, but just go to that episode again and you'll see Light explaining that.

2023-04-19 16:10:44 +0000 UTCIt's really good overall 1st time. The 2nd half imo only suffers on rewatches cause it's skippable. But every series has skippable eps or films. Watching Mr and Mrs Letts first reactions makes it enjoyable to rewatch for sure. The second half sucks is just some odd meme about rewatching. It's the film that sucks hopefully they watch it hahaha

I love it when you both delve into the psyches of a new character and make your guesses as to what they'll end up being like, acting like, etc, and how that affects the plot (and personally, I love Mikami as a character). It makes us look forward to the future episodes where things slowly get revealed and you see which of you was more on the nose. Can't wait for these last few episodes!

Watching this a second time here, I still think the first half is better but the second half has a lot of great moments that I forgot about.
