Again we see Lelouch using the Rebels like chess pieces, even as decoys, all while 11s (Japanese) are being murdered. Do you think Lelouch is fighting back only because of a personal Vendetta, and do you think that makes him any better than Britannia, specifically Cornelia?

GreatRiverofKings

We see Lelouch reveal himself early on to Clovis. Now, we have been introduced to 2 more of his siblings, his father, and members of the court (the scene with Lelouch right after his mothers death). Do you think any of them know Lelouch is alive, and do you think any suspect him as Zero?

hello, not a question, Per se, more of a personal curiosity. Most (like 70-80% ish) people who watch this anime simp pretty hard for either Suzaku or lelouch... I'm curious to see who you two simp for the hardest. also, fun fact, in japan the age of consent is 15 years of age... just throwing that out there. <3 - Faolan

In this episode we see how treating people like chess pieces won't always work, what do you think about LeLouches reaction when people don't play by the rules of his game? And what do you think about Cornilla presenting an actual challenge to him?

Cornelia has shown herself to be a greater threat than any other character thus far. What do you think of her?

Considering Lelouche's reason for living is his sister, do you think he would have actually went through with shooting himself in the standoff with C.C.?

Have you seen a worse dad in anime then Emperor Charles?

Raul Iggynashow

In this episode Lelouche tells C.C. that before he met her, he was dead and merely going through the motions of living. He also says that if he had to go back to that state of powerlessness, he would prefer simply dying. What do you think about this mindset, and how do you think it will impact the story?

Thoughts on Shirley's story of Lelouch helping people in a crash even though she thought he didn't care. "That's what I'll do then, I'll set them up. I'll raise an army that can't lose to Britannia. A people; a nation!" What do you think of this plan, not an army but a nation. How do you expect Lelouch to go about this goal

Peter Amet

We finally see Lelouch "lose". He uses terms like lose, unfair, and chess piece, highlighting how he sees war as a chess game. Do you think this might serve as a lesson to how he's playing with real people, or is he going to detach himself further from his actions using the mask of Zero? Is there maybe a necessity to detach yourself from the soldiers you lead? Would the reality of what he's doing be too shocking for a high school boy?

What did you make of what the Emporer ( Lelouch's dad) said to Lelouch at the palace when he was a child after hearing about his mother's death? The Emporer said, "You've always been dead to me, dead from the moment you were born. You're nothing to me because you've never existed". Just imagine hearing your own father say that to you at a very young age. Lelouch clearly had a very traumatizing childhood that leads to a strong hatred towards his father and the Britainian empire who he believes is responsible for his mother's death. This could be applied in real life when children experience their parents getting shot or murdered by others. That will spark a justified hatred to want to get revenge as we see that's where Lelouch's hatred towards Britannia comes from. What do you make of this entire fiasco and would you support Lelouch on his quest to destroy Britannia since you know the hell this empire and his own father have affected the life of him and his sister?
