Tone Settings Poll

Hey everyone.  I'm thinking of making some changes to this page to make my workflow a little more efficient regarding the tone settings and I would like your input.  Just a poll to see what you are benefitting most from the page.

Comments

I am using Axe FM III so I'd appreciate if the tone settings were instructed like "this-and-this knob to this-and-this value".

Aki Karvonen

Helix and real pedals guy myself.

Joel Silber

Screenshots too because I don't use Amplitude

Michael Ahmadi

I don't have amplitube. I try and copy the settings from the pictures into my Line6 Pod HD Pro X thing that I bought for some inexplicable reason.

Darren Gaunt

I voted for screenshots b/c I've never used Amplitube, so perhaps a Mr. Tabs demo and tutorial would be helpful.

JD Forrest

I prefer the download, even though I don't have amplitude yet ^^' but I like the plug and play approach in theory, seems much faster / easier

Quentin

Downloads are the best because they are done using several of yours daily great stuff!

Keith Klevenski

I prefer the downloads but since I can still use them in my Amplitube via the screenshots and others without Amplitube wouldn't be able to use them if only downloads were available......I vote for screenshots.

Vagrowr

I'd prefer screenshots as I use a Helix Rack and the settings can be plugged into Helix modules easy enough but with downloads I wouldn't be able to see them at all.

GC

I like both, even tho that's not an option for the poll questionl! Haha. As my own version of Amplitube, I don't have/didn't buy ALL of the tone packs and options. So sometimes I just don't have all the same access to tones/pedals/effects/amps/cabs as what u might have used (unless u always are using only the basic kit that everyone has unlocked by default from the base version of Amplitube)

Tom Bock

Both preferred! If you provide downloads then getting a tone-x makes a ton of sense (holding off because I don’t want to dial everything in for each song.. rather dial my live rig in)

Jeremy London

The downloads are awesome and a big help. Most of my practice time is limited. The downloads are much easier.

WILLIS HAMILTON

I don't even know how to use Amplitude.. but rough settings for gain pedals (and type), compression, modulation effects, delay and reverb would be good.
