Yeah in response to Shinobu’s moral system of the demon paying for its sins. That’s not a very strange moral system it’s just based off the concept of judgement. Those who do evil must pay for it. That’s also how our legal system is build. Prisons are not designed to keep criminals away from the public, but to punish those who do wrong. That’s the same reason we have a death penalty. It does seem you just have a different moral system. In regards to why she may see it this way. It could be a religious reason like how you said karma.

2023-06-24 22:49:10 +0000 UTCso im sure this has already been answered but just to clarify the number ranking is their "power level ranking" in the 12 kizuki. upper 1,2,3,4,5, 6 (1 being strongest, then 2, ect ect) then lower 1,2,3,4,5,6 same thing. like if hashira fought and upper demon it would be a much more deadly encounter vs a lower demon

2023-06-04 00:38:51 +0000 UTCKenny when people ask you for the subtitles for Demon Slayer you should switch to Funimation since it’s still very Active and they have Subtitles that synced with Dub Versions very well and Crunchyroll’s Subtitles for Dub only has it for the Japanese words instead of their VAs and if the Subtitles doesn’t show for you in the Dub version then you need to switch from Simulcast to Uncut Version which is the uncensored version and activate Subtitles for the dub.

There are the 6 upper demons which are the strongest with upper 1 being the strongest. Then there is the Lower 6 which are the weakest of the 12 with lower 1 being the strongest of the lower 6. Not sure if that made sense but Rui was lower 5 which is the 2nd weakest of the 12 kizuki

They were created by past demon slayers and passed on through teaching however new breathing forms can be developed. That is why tanjiro was so shocked at 11th form because water breathing is only supposed to have 10 but giyuu made a new form to water breathing.

Breathing techniques only really give you super speed and strength. Of course it is fiction so they give it some flair

Poison through wysteria(those pretty flowers that demons refuse to go near like during the final selection.) 3. Exposure to sunlight. 4. Muzan kills them. There are no loop holes.

2023-06-02 18:05:01 +0000 UTCI don’t know if anyone has said this but the breathing techniques aren’t magic like the blood demon arts. They’re sword techniques that were developed by humans to fight demons. So there are only as many forms of a style as are developed by people.

I feel like the 2 of you are overthinking certain aspects when the answer is quite simple. Maybe watching thought-provoking shows has prone you to think that way and it's fine but I don't want you to get disappointed after analyzing too much and then finding out that the answer was quite a simple one in future episodes. Your friend Chris might have mentioned this to you but if he didn't I just want to let you know that Demon Slayer is loved for its stunning animation and emotional moments in the story not because it has an amazing storyline. The storyline is much more simple and generic compared to the previous 3 anime you watched ( AOT, FMAB, and DEATH NOTE)

2023-06-02 16:58:42 +0000 UTCThere are 10 Water Breathing forms, as far as Tanjiro knew before now. The 11th form is something Giyu himself created, which is why Tanjiro was so shocked. As a side note, Zenitsu has said there are 6 Thunder Breathing forms, but he only knows how to do the first one, Thunderclap and Flash.
