I wanted to create an underwater environment that mimicked being below the ocean surface for those beautiful mermaid sims. This scene does not work as intended in eevee. The scene is also heavy because of the lighting so expect longer render times. The water does move if you wish to record an animation.
I recommend doing everything in EEVEE and then switching to cycles to render.
Denoising For render checked!
