BTW if you want to make Ko-Fi work with recurring subscription payments, I think you have to do more set up. Not sure if you intended it either way though, cause the description says you dedicated it to one-time payments. So I'll keep my subscription here for now, I guess. You're my favorite youtuber that I support, so I'll try to buy coffee every once in a while when I remember to.

This video was uhhhhh, more expensive to make than most lol. So, that's a big factor into why I pushed the Ko-Fi abit more. I don't really mind the ways in which people support me, or even if they support me at all. I just want to keep creating things for people to enjoy, and speak my own truth. Whatever that may be.
I think... yeah, it was important to me to tear down that argument at the beginning of the video because otherwise the comments would've devolved into "But, Aaron McGruder" throughout which doesn't actually address anything. I don't like Jimmy Rebel. That's a Season 3 episode. I don't like parts of Invasion of Katrinians. That's a Season 2 episode. I don't even like Guess Hoes Coming to Dinner. And, that's a part of the fabled Season 1.
This idea that you can't be critical of anything Aaron makes is baseless dickriding bullshit. It also feels disrespectful to all the other people that helped Aaron a long to way. Aaron was never a one man machine. Yamara was the one who named Stinkmeaner. Rodney Barnes wrote most of the dialogue for Ruckus. And, Carl Jones handled so much BTS production stuff for Season 3 that Aaron didn't even know DJ Vlad was on it till' the last minute. Put some respect of everyone's name, and talk about the show honestly. That's all I ask of people.

This was really cool! Sometimes being a critic is easy. Even if you don't write off Season 4 with a simple "McGruder wasn't involved," it's not too hard to pick apart other reasons it wasn't well received. Coming up with your own ideas for episodes that would make it better is really putting your money where you mouth is though. I think you did a good job backing up your critique this way.
I noticed you were pushing your kofi, so I'm probably gonna switch my support to there once I update my payment information. I know Kofi is supposed to take less of a cut compared to Patreon, which I think takes like a whole 30% or something ridiculous, and I hate that. You're the one doing all the work.
