Legal Barriers & The Necessity of Surprise | Free Huey

The problem with patreon is two things. Commitment, and in my case, compulsory surprises. (I know, surprise, surprise, I'm bad with commitment.)

The issue with patreon, for me, has always been that I want to reveal cool things that are going on, but I literally can't.

So, it becomes really easy to go "damn, that nigga ain't doin' nothing." When in reality, I'm doing something. I'm doing really exciting things, but I'm legit unable to share them until the time is right.

Take the image above, for instance.

This one isn't a legal barrier, but a surprise barrier. I can show you this, but it means nothing without context. I can show you artwork or screenshots, but it doesn't mean anything without context. And, that has always been my struggle.

How do I keep my viewers informed, while maintaining the important surprises?

Now, everybody's favorite. Legal issues.

I can tell you, I'm in conversations with -insertnamehere- regarding a project I'm working on, but that doesn't mean anything without the context of the project, and the ability to say who the person is. That's the struggle.

I'm planning on plugging the patreon soon. So, the idea is to have something resolved regarding that soon. Just know, I'm working with Boondocks people to do something cool. I'm recording backlogs of episode commentaries for the patreon. And, this artwork you see above is for a project I've been working on for two years now.

Too vague for you?

That's the problem. I can't say anymore, haha. I wish I could.

As far as I'm concerned, this is icing on the cake. I'm just here cause I like your videos a lot and I want to see more of them. I am excited to hear more about this when the time is right though. I mean, just knowing there is something that you can't talk about is exciting, right?
