MAJOR UPDATE: What's Goin' On? What's the next Project? Patreon Changes.

As many of you, or perhaps none of you, who knows, already know. The Patreon has switched to monthly, primarily for the sake of not exploiting my patrons. I was reaching a point where I could release multiple videos a month, and I didn't want to abuse the 'per creation' pledge, so I made the executive decision to change it.

The advantage is that there's guaranteed content every month. Similarly, I've changed added a new tier for those who aren't interested in Black Justice or the major project updates. This JAZMINE DUBOIS tier is essentially me linking all the sources I use in my videos, as I realised to myself that this is something I hadn't been doing.

By this logic, I could post Aaron McGruder saying:

"Man, I really like white women's toes." - AARON MCGRUDER (probably)

And, everyone would believe it. So, I figured making a tier out of it would be ideal as a solution to remedy that. That should be sorted sometime this week. I was thinking of adding a Grandad tier, but we'll see for now.

Now. What's the next video?

I'm caught between a lot of ideas that I'm working on at different points depending on how I'm feeling. There's a Boondocks video planned regarding Huey's opening line in "The Garden Party" where he states "Jesus is Black, Ronald Reagan is the Devil and the Government is lying about 911." I wanted to explore that. There's a teaser for it down in the Patreon. 

Similarly, there's an Obama video planned which I'm caught between making a regular Boondocks video and a Free Huey episode. I'm leaning more to Free Huey though. Teaser for that video is below. 

There's a fun little Teen Titans video I have completely scripted that I haven't had the time to record until recently. I can't say when that'll come out, but I imagine sometime soon.

There's this.... surprise video. In fact, multiple? One of which is literally dedicated to all my patrons, as it was one of the goals. But I'm just waiting on some artwork to come back. If you've been seeing the little art pieces of the Boondocks characters I've been posting you might have an idea of what it is. 

XYZ. What will soon become my worst kept secret is that I'm secretly a Pokemon nut. This is more a quiet passion project. Something akin to the Ace Attorney content I put out sometimes.

APRIL 1ST.

WHEW. We got surprises. That's all I can say. I've got a solid 3 videos locked away in a bunker already. Boondocksy? Perhaps. And, I really don't wanna spoil them. But, don't worry. There are plans. And, I'm making strides to act on them. 

OPERATION EXODUS.

OPERATION EXODUS is a Tier 2 and above exclusive. It seems like the most reasonable way for me to do the whole extra content thing without ripping Boondocks DVDs for audio commentaries lol. Plus, I always felt like I was slacking in regards to Tier 2.

THE RIGHT TO BE HOSTILE & BLACK JUSTICE

BLACK JUSTICE is still in development, but it's a situation where I can't share things about it. I've been thinking about what to do with the Huey Tier because of it. The Right to be Hostile is going through problems primarily because there's issues with what I am and I'm not allowed to say. A lot of which would be mitigated if I just made a regular video on it.

The "Behind the Boondocks" series on the channel is essentially what The Right to be Hostile would be anyway, except because they're focused videos I get to go more in-depth on elements of the show. Boondocks is dense. Shoot me your thoughts on what I should do in regards to that.

CLOSING STUFF & ME LOVING ALL OF YOU.

I should ask though. What type of content would people be interested in seeing me make? i tend to just follow my gut with this sort of thing, and I'm more interested in making the things I wanna see. But, it always does interest me what my subscribers actually like about my content.

It's always surreal to log into Patreon and see that people are actually pledged. Like, who's holding you guys at gun point to do this for me? You guys mean the world to me. 

Like it's to the point where there's some names that I just know from the top of my head, when I'm typing them in the credits of my videos. Thank you, honestly, for believing in me.
