Mega64 Patreon in the months to come!

We've been meaning to update everyone on our plans for Patreon this year- and as much as we tried in January, we were either 1. catching up on stuff after coming back from break, 2. stuck in a room for a week, or 3. sick. So... better late than never, we guess!

We wanted to check in with you, our loyal supporters- especially now as we head into a new year where we want to rely more on support through Patreon and other direct means of funding our operations. Needless to say, we value our patrons a lot!

We want it to always feel like our Patreon is well worth it- both for keeping Mega64 going, and for getting bang for your buck anytime you log in here. We want to keep it exciting for all parties involved, so we're spicing things up this year in new and fun ways!

This year, we're gonna be releasing WAY more behind the scenes directly to Patreon than ever before. In 2024 alone, we shot tons of behind the scenes for every little project that we made... but the truth is, most of it never even saw the light of day. Some eventually makes its way to our YouTube channel, but there's so much that a lot of it doesn't. We're fixing that this year and going full steam ahead on getting all that on here.

Now that we have our official Mega64 Discord set up exclusively for our Patrons, we're also gonna be more active in doing special events there. Keep an eye out for live events to come- there may even be one tomorrow!

We're also going to be doing some more scripted/unscripted creative works on here... some of which may have already revealed itself recently.

What about the existing shows? Well, Friendimension is often just behind the scenes content anyway, so it will exist in some form here whether we call it that or not. With Mega64 Movie Club, we're gonna be periodically rotating the show in between some of the other stuff mentioned above on a more special basis- emphasizing it around stuff we're actually excited about. In fact... we're gonna review the Oscar season flicks in new episodes starting later this week! As for Shawn's Record Club, for the time being he's gonna be continuing the vinyl fun on his personal YouTube channel.

Our main goal is to just keep this place fresh and exciting for all parties involved- us, and most importantly, you! Stay tuned to see all the new stuff to come, and hop in our Discord server if you haven't already. Lots to talk about!
