overall I am glad the holy couture runway wasn't just a bunch of christian iconography. the concept of holiness extends so far beyond that and were it to be a bunch of crosses, habits, halos, whatever, would be kinda predictable/idiosyncratic and maybe euro/christian-centric. that said wtf was lady camden thinking

2022-03-19 16:21:35 +0000 UTChonestly, as an agnostic atheist magic mushrooms are by far the closest I have ever come to a spiritual, even religious experience. SO, I do think it a stretch in terms of presenting to a larger audience (which is important), but honestly, I think it works in the category and I'm glad Willow presented it on the show. HOWEVER I wish she used more religious aesthetic choices. Instead of being just mushroom-inspired, she could have given this fantasy of if mushrooms were a religion, this was the mother mushroom GODDESS
