Update on Voting & Paypal

I'm gradually getting at the monthly illustration due to some roadblocks with the files.
So I also decided to update my voting on the tier rewards to include more. Anyone with voting rights will also be able to add on a specific theme they're interested in their comment.
Lets take July for example: Now it would be (Show by Rock! with next month's theme being car washes)
The vote I choose will also be the theme I choose for next month. The theme just decides on what choices I give for the poll. So in that case, I would give 5 voting choices based on Characters in car washes. Themes can be specific shows/fandoms/kinks, but cannot be specific characters.
Though I should note to say that please don't give me a some really out there theme lol. To best describe what I won't do as a theme please look at my "Don't" section on my commission link.
This is to insure that I just don't make random polls that don't interest anyone. Because at the very least one person will be interested in the theme. This is to help me make content that'll make my pledgers happy!
