Alt for Napoleon and tier updates

Already....I messed up the file and deleted part of the actual image XD. This was the alt draft for his image, but I messed up on the actual uncensored image for what I posted earlier lol (I was going to post that one too). It was pretty hot lol. Used condoms in-all.
So for tier $15 I decided to make the Vault Contents be like character studies of the winners. So basically you'll get to see Napoleon in his full "Gym-Hoe" outfit glory, along with others.
