also I'm debating simply reducing my tiers down to one, $5 tier that includes everything. I'm having difficulty balancing between the tiers and feeling a bit down about not potentially doing enough for the $10 tier. what are your thoughts?

As for tiers, while I think you should charge what you think you're worth if you feel overwhelmed balancing out everything condensing them wouldn't be a terrible idea. But certainly make sure it's fair to you and doesn't overload you with work while only charging a minimal amount
