Tier Update / Discord Access

1. I just set up discord again. For now, all Tiers will only have access to the game-dev channel since I want to keep it simple for now.
2. The Patron and sponsor Tier now has an early access benefit which will allow members to download my latest game betas a few days earlier than my supporters
