The Salty Coyote
Added 2018-08-16 12:01:00 +0000 UTCI wanted the booze animals to be less formulaic than the café animals I did a year ago.
This was done on 9X12 hot press paper with arylic ink wash as a background, gouache and black recipe and white title is done in acryla gouache.
I originally really wanted those mountains to be more brighter pink in the colour mock up but gouache is a media that has a colour limitation unless you start using fugitive colours. Which I try very hard to avoid and in this case I get duller mountains but the drink stands out more which should be a focal point.
