Term Robot or Droid to Machina is to them kind of anarchic and odd. They don't like it and it's not a word they use for themselves. Slurs are clunker, calculator pretty much anything referring to them as just a computer or just piece of hardware. But the show is super offensive to Machina and is ALWAYS playing. I imagine it as the most annoying show you can't escape. :P

2020-07-29 22:04:29 +0000 UTCYah they are a recent occurrence (like the last 20 years or so in the storyline) and often are seen with suspicion. Like a cat behaves like a cat, we can predict how a cat behaves but a cat hybrid well... does it behave like a cat or like their other side? Then when it comes down to food how does a hybrid eat? In the case of Isa she's kept on a carnivore diet but dogs are omnivores. Then what diseases does a hybrid worry about, what diseases can they pass on, etc etc So they are treated as unpredictable and unnatural which not very true.
