Okay the Anomaly is not doing that, it's more random. So back on Page 14 https://redcoatcat.com/comic/synthetic-instinct-issue02-page14/ Rex was discussing Echos with Kajus, when a Machina see's their past, present, future while 'asleep'. Only difference is Rex for the last year has been getting them when he is conscious. End of this issue will explain this and also explain why RX units like Rex are expected to always function normally. If you're unreliable Machina don't get sick leave.
