Hi all! Hope you're having a great weekend (or Monday for those of you on this side of the world).
Following the awesome feedback from last week's poll, I am excited to kick off TF Tactics this week, with Greg returning to the stage.
This event takes place between the Original ChangeGPT series and the first Sun, Sea, and Swap episode, when Greg still had the app.
We will be following Greg as he sits down for his morning coffee and decides to have some fun. The difference this time is that you, the followers, get to have a say in what he does next.
Rules of the Game:
Target Subjects: The upcoming game will feature two target subjects who can be transformed. Transformation rounds will alternate between these subjects each round. While only the subjects can undergo transformations, there may be opportunities to use NPCs to facilitate or enhance these transformations.
Voting Options: I will provide a list of voting options for you to choose from. These will include both physical and mental transformations. All transformation options will start at "Level 1" and will be replaced with "Level 2" options in the next round if chosen. Followers can also suggest options in the comments, which will be considered for the following round. Because there are two targets, voting will alternate between them each round.
Mental Changes: If a mental change makes it into the top three choices, it will be chosen. However, only one mental change per round can be used.
Voting Mechanics: Voting will be open for a week after I post the scene.
Level Progression: There are no limits to the levels, but unless the circumstances are right, the risk of the character leaving increases significantly as their level does.
Wild Card Transformations: Wild Card transformation options may be introduced completely at random to mix things up. These could involve swapping characteristics with an NPC or another subject or something completely unexpected, often based on follower suggestions.
Game Over Condition: The game ends if the transformations to the target become too extreme, causing them to leave the environment. We have two subjects in the upcoming round, so the game ends when both leave. Some mental changes might decrease the likelihood of the target leaving, but overdoing the physical changes to the point where the target is freaked out will result in them leaving in horror, ending their run.
Target Reactivity: I will do my best in the story to try and ensure the target stays, but if it becomes too unrealistic for them to stay around, I will end it.
The goal is to keep our targets around for as long as possible, creating a fun and unpredictable story. The right mix of mental and physical changes can lead to a longer, more exciting adventure. But be careful – the wrong choices might end the fun sooner than expected. Choose wisely, and let's see how long we can keep the excitement going!
If you have any recommendations or suggestions feel free to put it in the comments. I'm looking forward to a fun game of TF Tactics.
