Despite gaining two cup sizes, poor Lucy’s IQ has plummeted from 17% above the Australian average to 6% below it. Quite the nosedive! At this rate, she'll be lucky if she can manage more than a cash register. Let's hope she avoids a level 2 IQ drop....
Zoe, meanwhile, has gone from a quiet country girl to a flirty firecracker. She’s no longer the chunky blonde you’d ignore; she’s now a certified stunner. Zoe definitely won this round, but another bimbo transformation could push her right off the edge.

I'm not sure. I was going to say it could go under bimbofication. But I looked at the list and there's Level 1 Slutification (Facial Features, Clothing and Behaviour) (PC), and Level 1 Bimbo (MC). So I suppose you could have Bimbo (MC) and Bimbo (PC) where the PC one could include things like breast implants, lip injections, hair bleaching, nose work, longer nails. Even maybe botox? (just never dial much emotion poses? might be hard with just still pictures)

The mental aspects of the changes are the best part and where I try to put the most effort, so I'm glad its being appreciated! We're just scraping the surface at the moment, but it's funny that despite taking the IQ hit, it's Lucy who has started to notice something is off, not Zoe.

Maybe include some more mind-altering states, but temporary ones, just to affect them while we see them in the scene but will probably wear off and not be permanent changes in the future like acting tipsy/drunk or high (from weed)? The tipsy/drunk change and high change, could help the girls avoid noticing their other changes, and spawn some interesting interactions. For some permanent mental changes maybe maybe more of a bullying/teasing personality or a bratty one or give the girls a mental breeding fetish or pregnancy fetish? Or maybe like an oral fixation, where one of the girls gets progressively more unconsciously obsessed with their mouth, like developing a constant need to suck or chew on something? For some physical changes, maybe a permanent appetite increase or a goth option (not sure if we already had that one). Just some ideas, take them or leave them. You are doing a great job on this project, very fun. What is surprising to me is that I'm enjoying how you play off the mental changes actually more than the physical changes. I think your writing and scene building are just that engaging. I thought I'd be much more of a fan of the physical stuff, but hey, here we are. I am kinda hoping one mental changes always gets put into play from now on, they just spice things up so much.
