Progress and Changes

Hey there,

I've been changing and adding a lot of things recently, sorry for the lack of updates but I assure you that I've been working on the game. A generous person (credits to hi5kba) decided to gift a tileset for me to use. I've been planning to use a custom tileset since I started development and with this new asset I've been changing the looks of the game.

I'll do more stuff before making a public planned features post for 0.3.0, but what I can tell for now is that it will be big, maybe twice the contents of 0.2.5. Of course with this, I'll have to take more time to develop it but it'll be worth it. To compare, 0.2.5 took me about a week to develop and I did about 6-8 hours everyday for it, which I took my week off from my part time job just to work on this but hey, it's worth it.

So far what I've been tinkering with:
1. Corruption system - This is my priority, I've been brainstorming how to make this proper. So far I made corruption a bit slower to gain BUT I can accompany this with proper dialogue variations depending on Alissa's corruption. I've also been planning a consequence and reward for having high corruption or low corruption.

2. Dynamic clothing system - I've done a lot of experimental stuff with it and it's pretty much a clusterfuck to do, with a lot of triggers and states. For example, if Alissa is wearing default clothes I have to paste a whole event filled with scripts with that outfit of hers on, if she's naked then I have to copy+paste that as well but change each text box to reflect her body with that alongside the proper trigger/checks. I have found nothing or any plugins to help me with this case, so my ultimatum for this is to just have one or two clothing + naked state for Alissa for the whole game. With this amount, I can at least manage to make a dynamic clothing system for dialogues, especially since I plan the game to be big eventually.

3. QoL changes and events - I've taken suggestions from people that the game does feel a hassle to walk around a lot and people have a hard time seeing things in the dark. To fix this, I'll be changing teleporter location at least for mansion - outskirts, made the game a bit brighter and added a mirror in the resting tent outside of Sphree.

4. Scenes - Alissa has set clothes whenever there are scenes so it would feel kinda weird if you activated the said scene while naked and suddenly she has clothes on, so I was thinking that I'll just add CGs of her with dynamic clothes on then just have her completely naked for the actual h-scene animation so it would look better. I don't plan to change the scenes I already made to reflect this since it would adding more work, maybe when I want to nitpick in the far future. For the dialogue, I do admit that lines during h-scenes are a bit lacking, I've been trying to play other h-games to get inspirations for so I can write a bit better for future scenes too.
