Through some luck, Cerebella manages to find the exit to the cave! But her time was running out, as her vision is already starting to blur.
Despite being able to escape the cave, she couldn't exactly escape the ocean in time, and she starts to inhale water. Before blacking out however, she saw something coming towards her, but she couldn't tell who or what it was.

2023-01-20 21:26:01 +0000 UTCI was talking to a friend the other day about how sometimes there's a character who I hate so much that seeing them drown gives me a sense of satisfaction that isn't fetish-driven. Cerebella is one of those characters.
