Denise's Breath Hold Training (Part 15)
Added 2023-08-29 04:13:31 +0000 UTCI kept a closer eye as she's now reaching 2 minutes. She still seems calm and relaxed, until eventually, I start to see it...contractions.
Denise seems to be fighting against it, as I can see her contractions from above. I'm sure she's still fine, even if these contractions might look scary...she has experience with this sort of thing, so she might know what she's doing.
She's already halfway there too...
