Denise's Breath Hold Training (Part 23)

I put my arms above her shoulders to keep her under. I tried to give a soft smile, indicating that everything was fine, she could hold it in for a few more seconds.
She did flinched at the sight of me holding her down, but she keep pressing forward, even if she looks distressed.
Denise is losing her focus, I can imagine at this point it can be unbearable to her...I'm not sure if she can hold for longer...I must be ready for whatever comes next.
