Overcome by the sight of Pia's naked back, she rushes forward to place her hands around on the objects in Pia's front, slips and falls in to the side. Pia looks around, thinking 'what the hell just happened?'

And, now looking real close I also see what could well be some chance art lines but could also be Clover sneakily showing the poor dog's leash, partway down the rocks. But I prefer my 'clump of white hair up above' theory for the dog.

2024-04-02 17:18:09 +0000 UTCThe silhouette in the last panel includes both of them. Pia is doing a Titanic style pose with no space between her legs, while the bottom left part of the silhouette that includes a leg gap is Mrs C. right behind Pia.

2024-04-02 17:11:01 +0000 UTCI agree with Jim Millins. The figure silhouetted in the last panel is too tall and skinny to be short round Mrs C. Her body will wash up nearby and Pia, last to be seen with her, will be accused of murder. Pia's friends will hire a hotshot American attorney to represent her but it seems he doesn't speak any French and..... ALSO, that could be just a big wave, as seen in the previous strip. There, a large wave rose up to get a better view of Pia's breasts than we are offered here. Here, to the far left behind Pia is a tuft of white hair-something which cleverly could be Mrs C or her little wurfy foo-foo. MORE ALSO = Mrs C dropped her cane and is therefore unsteady, as shown by the shaking hands. Only Clover knows fer sure!
