Pia& the Little Tiny Things p.275

Could be, but seems kind of dangerous to just leave rusting steel which people can run into for all those decades.

Pete White

Not a glory--those are like circular rainbows. Wiki says this is a "sun pillar", often seen when conditions are just right to scatter and focus sunlight near sunrise/sunset. Adds a touch of drama fer sure!

Pete White

Or at least Lillan finds Pia and they have a chat leading to her talking about her soon to be/wife Roomie.

Casey R Smith

Was thinking about maybe some of the last remnants of WWII stee wall stoppage the Germans tried to do quickly when the USA/UK invaded France to push back the Germans. I could be wrong though.

Casey R Smith

Looks like maybe a jet plane overhead like for passengers, a Masaba or similar plane.

Casey R Smith

same question!

Firea

NOOO, IT'S GETTING WORSE DDD:

Arianod

You know Pia is really desperate when she can leave that kind of seashell right in front of her feet and not pick it up. 😕

Zoltanina

Aw, sombre. The sun and clouds in the second panel look beautiful, but why does there seem to be some kind of beam or 'whoosh' coming out of the top of the sun? Is it a stylistic way of showing that the sun's going down really fast, to symbolise the misery and gloom of the scene?

Yajoovya

Those aren't the right conditions for, I think the term is glory (?)

Opus the Poet

And in comes ROOMIE WITH THE STEEL CHAIR!

Malik Lucius

OK, *now* a wild Roomie needs to appear to make things better. Please? Pia needs sage advice and a shoulder to cry on.

Orion Rhine

...Man, I hope things pick up for Pia from here. She deserves all of the happiness.

Colton

DEVASTATED 😩

Otaku Twenty-Four Seven

NO!!!! Please tell me she didn't just throw all of her artwork into the sea!!!!

Sparkax

Yes, is that one of those sun dogs (not the right term I know) where conditions are just right to make a beam?

Pete White

I like the one toe which is touching the other foot. Not sure what the black objects are, part of an old seawall or fence to prevent drifting sand maybe?

Pete White

Waow I literally had checked the patreon ONE MINUTE AGO and there was still no update! Then I get the e-mail! COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT! Also, what a landscape. I love your silent, contemplative scenes. Is that the Sun's halo? :)
