William Marshall

Hello. Curious how to get this model?

jbishop .design

Thank you for the response.

Jacob Edlund

Yea! the models will be out later this month, they are getting really cool!

zou 3d

If I signed up in 11/1, will I get access to the Christmas models as well? I just found your Patreon and can’t wait to see what you come up with next!

Jacob Edlund

ooooo just thought of it then too one of these models like this with the legs that dangle out the candy corn but a candy cane instead for Christmas omg ahahaha

William Hargraves

He's going to be so cute!!! Great idea!

zou 3d

very good thanks most other creators like to leave it till 10 days before christmas not leaving much time for large orders which really sucks for us printing them . my one and only request is that you bring the baby axolotl with a santa hat on that would be a killer seller . keep up the great work

William Hargraves

He uses a multi colour printer

AL Matthews

I agree with you, we always like to release early. The ghost completely changed our work so the legged hallowen models were released in October. The Christmas models are already being made to be launched in November 😁

zou 3d

Christmas stuff needs to released in November not December theres no point bringing Christmas stuff out in December doesn't give us enough time to print stuff

William Hargraves

Yes! I printed with white filament and painted 😁

zou 3d

looking closely......I think it's printed white and painted orange and yellow

Spideyraccoon

My question with the color change based on the picture posted, I can get the three layer color changes no problem, Bu I see the shoes are white did you paint the layers after printed or use a multi color printer?

ydkjman S

Very cool! we are writing down all the ideas we receive and we will try to create as many of them as possible 🤣🥰

zou 3d

but without the legs out, they will look strange...unlike the candy corn and ghost which dont usually have legs. Im sure Zou has some great plans cookin

Pj

An elf with curly shoes would be great

Danny Rego

Hear me out. Following your standing ghost model design process it would be cool to see a turkey for November and maybe a Santa and Mrs. Claus as well as a gingerbread couple or possibly a "resting reindeer"

Kaiya Moon

got it thank you!!

Giselle Reyes

using cura to slice? on youtube there is a video. search how to print multi layers on 3D printer

Danielle Ruiz

ender 3

Giselle Reyes

Hi what printer do you have?

Danielle Ruiz

how do you do the color change?

Giselle Reyes

Yeah I'm looking more into it. Could be simply the way cura sliced it. Not sure yet was just asking to see if I'm the only one who's witnessed this. Love your work btw and thank you for the response.

Devon Baker Matzick

Wow! It's the first time I've seen this error. It is saved the same way as the ghost, I would love to know if this is a problem caused by the file so I can avoid this error with the other models

zou 3d

these print out so easy, the color change is perfect. i can't wait to see future models

Danielle Ruiz

I am loving these models!! I would love to have a Jack-O-lantern with legs to round it out

Robert burkeen

I split the model so I could raise the body and print the shoes and socks in different colors

Dennis Crawford

For some reason when I try to print it it will freeze up my cr-10 smart pro v2. Not sure if it's something about how it's saving or what but I had to reformat my card everytime I uploaded. Any ideas?

Devon Baker Matzick

You can send us on instagram @zou3d 🥰😁

zou 3d

Very awesome!!!

Nathan Wells

The Christmas tree is already on our list of upcoming models!

zou 3d

This came out adorable, especially changing the colors throughout the print! Love it!

Jessica Nestor

printed entire thing in white and painted, unless you have a bamboo x1c im pretty sure its impossible to do thet

Austin Baldiwin

Hello. I love this, and I understand how to switch colors. How do you make the feet white? Wouldn't they print yellow since they print at the same time as that part of the outer portion? Thanks.

jbishop .design

can you also make penguins or a christmas tree???

Nathan Wells

Hi Matt. What are your printer stops? I use a Prusa printer. Thanks

Al O

I also printed the ghost with resin, and it came out amazing. Guessing this one was more complex to print than the ghost. But other wise, I love the candy corn design.

Green Arrow WB

So I made a few of these with white filament and painted them and they are cutest ever! One of the tipped over while being made and stopped right at the eyes SO I printed a witches hat and glued it on and it’s so cute! How can I show you it?

Maggie Owens

Excellent! She recommends they have winter boots on, they are a snowman after all!

Daniel Ryan

Hey! I can look for some tutorial to send you

zou 3d

Tell your wife we're probably going to make this snowman ⛄

zou 3d

I saw a person who printed the ghost in resin, I can only print simpler things with resin 🤣

zou 3d

Printed in three colors today with manual color swaps. Looks great! My wife’s friends were jealous when they visited tonight. Mission accomplished :)

Matt B

It does not work for a resin printer, so hopefully this comment will help.

Green Arrow WB

My wife would like it known that she really really wants a snowman with feet for christmas! Would be an excellent Christmas themed model!

Daniel Ryan

Going to try to print it in resin, wish me luck.

Green Arrow WB

Great, I have no clue doing that... can you help me out??

BEDMAS ACADEMY

@JamesThat would work also. I have a Palette so I can do multi color print. Was gonna try and make the feet different then the rest of the body. But otherwise ya I agree filament change will work perfect.

George Muller

OMG i am in love. Can't wait to print them.

Ariannys Alfonso

I want to make this adjustment, but each part of the pig is important to keep it balanced, I'm trying to do balance simulations in Blender3D.😁 Thank you very much for your opinion, it helps me to improve the models! 🥰

zou 3d

I will test with more types of infill, the corn body is very complex to find the balance centers, it will not be as good as the ghost, but I am calibrating a simulator to find these measurements, your opinion helps me a lot to improve 3D models Thank you very much 😁🥰

zou 3d

Awesome! Thanks!

Maggie Owens

I used cura to set filament changes. The way the legs are it means the shows socks actually end up yellow, and the legs orange. Came out great.

James Baldwin

Yup. Seems to stand up easier leaning forward, but will also stand up leaning back. Not as easy as ghost, but still works.

James Baldwin

Looks good. Does your stand up? Edit: Nevermind. I rewatched your video. I thought the video started to loop on the second passover of the print on the bed. I now see you stood it up later. I am going to try a single color print to see if it was the way I split the object up for multi colors.

Phill tran

Yes, I think the separate parts would work. Will shoot you a message. Thanks!

George Muller

A little more contact with the build plate would be nice just like on the ghost

Usman Naeem

Just finished printing him at 150% using color swaps and he turned out fantastic! You can see the print on TikTok @print3ddesign

James Baldwin

Thanks for looking into this. The feet do not stay out. They slid right back into the corn I printed at 150%, 3 walls, 20 % gyroid infill

Phill tran

I'm painting the pieces, my painting technique is not good, but I can already do some things 🤣🤣

zou 3d

I'm painting the pieces, my painting technique is not good, but I can already do some things 🤣🤣

zou 3d

I haven't tried this yet, but maybe you can take the separate parts, determine the colors and then put one part inside the other, maybe the prusa slicer allows that, if you want to try send us a message and we'll separate the parts for you

zou 3d

Many people configure the slicer to stop at a certain layer, then manually switch the filament to the desired color.

zou 3d

Is he falling backwards or are you unable to stabilize him on his feet? Do you think the balance is very different from the ghost? I printed several with different fill percentages to see the stability of the model

zou 3d

I am also have issue with getting the legs to stand.

Phill tran

Is so adorable!!

Ismaly Ortega

How can you make it in 3 different colors?

BEDMAS ACADEMY

Is there an easy way to split this for multicolor printing? I can color the outside parts in Canvas but not sure how to get to the legs.

George Muller

im printing one right now on my bambu :)

Cooper3DPrintShop

Amazing!

Shark-89

This looks awesome! Going to print this out shortly. Thank you for all of your hard work!!

Brian York

Oh man, wish I had a Bambu but won’t stop me from color swapping! Will just have the legs multi colored 😅

James Baldwin

Ill be trying this later, awesome job Zou.

SilverbackCreations

I love these so much! Do you have filaments you recommend? Especially for the colors?

Maggie Owens

This is perfect for Bambu X1

Yuan Chang

these are also super cool fellas 😎.. printing them now 😉

marsgizmo

From the photos they look painted, but I'm curious too so look forward to an official answer :)

Véro P

is this a multicolor print or is this printed in white and colored in with markers or whatnot?

Domineque Taylor

Omg Zou!!!! You are killing me with cuteness!!!!

Nastassia Zamora

and I just started 2 other prints! Guess I will have to try this tomorrow
