Hey all! Just want to share a little update with you all where I’m at. Feeling pretty good. Consistent with the gym, weighing in at a good 212-213 pounds without food. Lean bulking which is good. That fact I have my abs while still putting on a bit of size is great. Going to take a few days off then when I come back I think I’ll up my protein and carbs for the next few weeks and see how that feels! I’ll share my diet and what my workouts will look like.
