Upload Notes (+more): Discovery Part I

Officially before July ends, I have put out a new original story titled Discovery! This was a request from my girlfriend for a story featuring -- her specifications -- a milfy scientist with tiny people. Sounded easy enough, but frankly, I had a lot of trouble writing this~ I loved the concept, of course, I mean... giant milfy scientist, classic. But the setting and plot, I really struggled to find something I was comfortable with. Ideas weren't connecting right, dialogues didn't contribute to anything... I ended up having to scrap 3000 words at one point, actually! And then the ending, too, just wasn't coming out right.

But I'm glad I went back and made those changes, because Discovery has definitely pieced itself together in my head a lot better. I have a stronger image of what I see in the characters, the feelings Sierra would be juggling and the perspective Duval would have in it. This is just the first half of the first installment, so please look forward to more in the near future! This first half was getting pretty long, and I have a lot more fun ideas to explore in the second half, I just didn't want to keep anyone waiting. This new series will see continued installments as long as my girlfriend has exciting ideas to be explored!

And some general notes. July is over, and it's been a very significant July, as far as my Julys go! I consider this my first real month of Patreon-ing, and the experience has been very, very cool~ Being emboldened to write more and specifically for others has been a whole new category of fun, and it's really got me looking forward to the future of this campaign!

The future, by the way, looks especially exciting... because all of my commission slots have been taken! It's crazy to me but, incredibly, all my slots have supporters backing them... I didn't think they'd fill out in just a couple months like this! Or... ever! You people are out of your minds, but seriously, thank you for so much generosity. I look forward to producing more entertaining stories for all of us to enjoy~
