Your Gaga performance was inspiring and now I’m going to download her song and watch her performance. 🎭 Decision paralysis is real and not your fault. The thing is to find out why you’re afraid of making a decision . Are you afraid of a disappointing outcome? Or fearful of making a mistake? I hate to have to tell you this but you’ll probably do both eventually . The trick is to not avoid perceived “ failures “ but embrace them. Enjoy the journey knowing you’re going to eventually do both. Growth is painful and costly but the peace of mind and confidence you earn by working through it is the best part of the human journey. Don’t beat yourself up by not knowing what you want in every aspect of your life. I always hated it when teachers and adults would ask me as a child “ What do you want to be when you grow up”? Like WTF!!! I’m 5 Barbara I want lunch and a nap! Jesus. So much pressure. I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up and I’m 57. Take it one day at a time as trite as that sounds. find joy in living everyday and enjoy the work you do . Don’t freak yourself out about the undecided. You know when it’s right in promise you!!! Give yourself some grace It’ll all work out! The biggest part of finding out what you want sometimes is figuring it what you don’t want and the only way to do that is to go through it .
