Hopefully not too many "Players only" playoff telecasts...Doug Collins is very good, wish he'd come back.

MEN56 your right Nick does very little to get open... shuffling up in down the court.

This game being on TNT, I was happy Marv Albert was doing commentary. I love him so much more than the usual clowns. Marv is so good mixing in relevant facts. Here's to hoping he does a lot of the playoffs.

I really wonder if we'll ever know the reason DJ hasn't played. You'd think Kerr would have tested him in game situations, much earlier in the season, if he had any intention of playing him this year. So, I'm guessing he does not. DJ must be super frustrated. I feel bad for him.

He is such clown! I must admit I am more times anoyed than amused.

Athletic Alchemy

I feel you...He should study Andre Miller's game and how he would patiently probe in space.

Athletic Alchemy

Thats a great point! There is a cost to JaVale shot blocking and activity.

Hey Alch I need to inbox you, how do I reach out to you? Have some private questions on support.

Swag is good 1 on 1 its the team Defense where he gets lost. Klay has had some very nice drop offs..he loves the hard high bounce to the big. Next step, seek contact!

Athletic Alchemy

Well said! its time to add some new wrinkles...knowing Kerr he has some stuff up his sleeve.

Athletic Alchemy

Alchemy, what you think about Nick Young's individual defense the last two games? Particularly, against CJ. Also, what you think of Klay expanding his game before our eyes? He's driving more, trying to make plays for others and I like him trying to score a little off the bounce. Seems like he's growing fast in these other areas.

There is so much to be said about this game. First off, I personally like the fight we put up. I don't mind the lost knowing they played hard...and it showed they wanted the win (that's important). What killed us in that game despite the bad turnovers, foolish fouls on 3pt shooters----was the lack of the off-ball movement on the offence. The iso plays that stagnated the rotation. We need to recognize that we are not 'light years' ahead anymore. Everyone has adapted to our style and is beginning to do it better than us. So what do we need? INNOVATION, ADAPTATION and EXECUTION. Its on Kerr and the rest of the coach staff.....

Portland was just too hot hitting 3's for this team playing the way we did to win. Missing the guys out definitely, Steph of course but also DWest. I often think how did Pop play him so little on that team before we got him, and he was years younger then.. I have to mention Nick Young, if you focus on watching him playing defense it's like watching a Washington General playing against the Globetrotters. They should do the old confetti in the water bucket bit on him. I can only imagine opponents watching film of Nick on D before playing us, I'll bet they are howling. Magee boxing out is funny, Nick is comedy gold..

I'm not frustrated with this loss, it is what it is, the Warriors can plead diminished capacity, there's no crime here as a team, but......Draymond has not been and did not last night......PLAY SMART. Draymond's shot selection, awful, a complete settle and his technical, it's just selfish, get control. Defenders get up on Draymond on the perimeter because they don't want him to pass unobstructed so sometimes you have to keep defenders honest by with a dribble drive to the front of the rim.....don't settle for what the opponent wants.....over and over.

Steven Stanley

100% agree with the thoughts on Damien Jones and Zaza, he's just way too much of liability on both ends of the floor bad karma too man, thank Curry ankle started where?

Stevie Ray

I agree with what you’ve been saying about za but one thing I think that has been overlooked during this stretch with javelle ballin out is us getting out rebounded. Might not be all on him but it defiantly seems like a trade off

Connor H

I was very frustrated with Klay offensively....despite a 20+ point game tonight, just too many off rhythm/forced shots especially 3 pointers where he was heavily contested. But whatever, he makes and he misses them. With Steph out, I think the offense is VERY predictable, in a sense that KD is the point guard and all the he does is run the PnR. It was effective for the most part as he got to his spots but once we hit "danger zone" at the start of 2nd and 4th quarter, Klay was just asked to do too much and he isn't really used to creating shots for himself or others as he'd want to be.

Klay need to be more patient with the second unit especially without dwest the quick shots don’t work. Cook and Casspi can go and we really need a backup point guard who can create for others. please tell me how we have a team overloaded with centers and none can’t grab a rebound. JaVale rebounding tragic

Went into this game expecting the loss. 5 guys out, and somehow we manage to keep it close for most of the game. Durant is not human.
