experimenting with this, not trying to wait for those lil weak highlights to give my take.

Well said Maj! I think they have some new wrinkles they have been holding back. But the habits of execution and awareness is what worries me.

Athletic Alchemy

Its the opposite! I thought we would be better than we are without him! Not better...but better than what they have shown.

Athletic Alchemy

what do they say...21 days to form a habit, or break one.

Im leaning towards doing that next season. There is a burnout to calling two highlights of the same game. It's faster, I can get it out right after the game. It will allow me to cover some other games in the time saved.

AA - I like the reaction vid sans highlights. That way, when I watch the longer vid, all the highlights are new, in depth, etc. That could be because us followers know you and just want to hear what you have to say. May not be as palatable to the uninitiated, but I'm no marketing genius. Thanks again for the quality content.

Lets face one thing, Houston is a better team than we are right now, have been all year. We have a better starting five but they have the bench and they are much hungrier obviously. Also Houston has so many more shooters. We always start 3 shooters and two, Dray and whatever center we play, that flat out can't shoot. Houston almost always has at least 4 shooters on the floor. And I agree AA I don't think you can play Sloppy in the playoffs, on D he looks like a lost 5 year old looking for his Mom on a crowded day at Disneyland. He also plays the game like all the Hot girls are down on the Offensive end. Without Cook playing this well, we might go down in round one, glad they chose to keep him.

Shouldn't the title of this video be....Angst For All....or...Get Yer Free Red Hot Angst Here!

Doesn't anybody want to share their excitement that the Warriors chose right again in exercising the year 3 option on Damien Jones.....oh wait?....maybe that's my job?....DJ can really flip his hips on defense and he is going to be a new prototype big on the Warriors switch everything philosophy. Refs! C'mon man he was fouled on that dunk. Perspective Warrior Fans.....Perspective.

Jim Barnett tried to articulate "what's different" when Steph was sitting at the broadcast table for a while. Jim said oh I can't put my finger on it but Steph makes everybody better. I think Warrior fans suffer collectively from a fear that Steph is our "magic feather" and without him we can't really fly and in the upcoming playoffs the Warriors will crash to earth. It's not a place I like to be but i'm with Richard Kim, people gotta chill (at least a little) unless you REALLY think Steph is the Warriors magic feather then feel your angst! This is the yin/yang, the inevitability of life challenging the Warriors....can you do it with these extra burdens? So Warriors can ya?

Steven Stanley

I've been biting my tongue all season, Alc, but with 2 games left I think it's ok to say it now: the league adjusted to the Warriors 'lightyears' gameplan. The Warriors haven't adjusted back. That's a coaching thing, through and through. There are weaknesses to Klay (no shot creation) and Dray (just kind of a lumpy dude) in this new NBA that can't be denied. When the Warriors system was new to everyone, Klay and Dray got to shine. The system isn't new anymore. And let me stress this: Steph isn't some magic feather. Steph's gravity didn't exist as much this season when he was healthy. Go look at the tape. I get the feeling this whole 'lightyears' plan has been predicated on Steph's gravity. But if you go look at the tape, it wasn't as much gravity this year, because the league caught up. It's on the Warriors to adjust and use their talent to take another step forward. We can all only pray that the front office has some sneaky new gameplan to sock everyone in the mouth in the playoffs. Otherwise, we're going to get "We Believed" in the first round, or we're gonna go 7 games every series and finally peter out against Houston.

Draymond made me sick in the 4th, trying to be a hero throwing alley oop passes to KD

Plissken

We used to be the most fun team to watch, constantly moving on offense, piling up the assists. Now our offense is slow iso. Def not fun to watch. Kerr is supposed to be the coach, has he changed his outlook or are they just not listening?

Nirky

Well if that's true they've been holding back pretty much all season. We have only looked like last year's team for a handful of games. Guess they have the arrogance to think they can just flip a playoff switch. Is that how it works? Let's see.

Nirky

People gotta chill. Kerr said it himself postgame - "The season starts for us in the playoffs". I was actually very happy about the game. We played hard for only 2 quarters max. We clearly were not prepared for their offense to start the game. It's like we didn't study film at all. And the Pels were playing for everything and still barely beat us. We did not use the rotations we would if it were a playoff game. I doubt Kerr is going to play Young this much in a playoff game. That's why he's resting Liv right now. If we played the Pels in the playoffs, we would have played differently. Probably much more Klay/Iguodala/Liv to guard Rondo, who was killing Cook. Probably more Iguodala in general. Less Young. A better strategy against AD PnR. And more attention would have been paid to Mirotic. Right now, GSW is still holding back a bit. Fans gotta understand that.

It’s because it’s very different styles. KD led Warriors = More isolations/less assists Curry led Warriors = More ball movement/More 3’s/More assists

Preach it Alchemy This KD Warriors team is boring at best to watch man. And I think there is a foundation that may has been set with his attitude on and off the court and how he responds to Kerr and how he fits in the system that the Curry warriors may shop for some other pieces come the offseason. (that's my hot take)

Stevie Ray

Kd defense has been trash since that jazz game when they 30 pieced us. It has become apparent that we cannot guard the 3 point line, draymond has been a disappointment on defense for most of year, I know he is suppose to be the heart of this team but we might need heart transplant in the coming seasons if we wish to stay competitive.

Right on! I felt the same way about our last game. This is our playoff team! These past few games if feels like the playoffs had already started and we didn't get the memo. Unfortunately, I don't think there is a switch to fix sloppy. It is almost the feeling of a big exam coming up and they forget to study. You're not going to be able to cram the night before.

Yea I've been hoping Nick would step it up but man he is hot garbage

Pelicans first round? Maybe but I think OKC.

Nirky

Final 2 games, looking at the standings and schedule, focus primarily on NOP/SAS/OKC. I don’t believe they all can end in a tie because NOP and SAS face off in last game of season which guarantees an L. The key is, all 3 teams have to win the next game, which changes nothing in the standing. If OKC loses against MIA though and they tie with loser of NOP vs SAS, OKC will stay in 7th I believe because of the tie breaker. Correct my calculations if I’m wrong guys but who would YOU want out of the 3: NOP/SAS/OKC
