This loss made since to keep us from playing OKC or the Jazz...at first i didn't like the effort but then i realized if you play too hard when trying to lose you could get injured. They were obviously just going through the motions. ITS PLAYOFF TIME!

Alchemy, are you going to watch the Nuggets/Timberwolves game on Wednesday? Their match is going to determine who gets that final seed.

If there is a small guard on him, that basic dribble left 2 or 3x pull up should be exploited. He’s got to get some off the dribble or he gets forgotten. There is only so many catch n shoot opportunities.

Klay going off was the best sign to me. I really think he's gonna be the make or break factor in round 1. We can trust KD to give us 25+ every game, and if Klay does the same, the floor will open up for the bigs and Quinn should have all the open looks he can ask for.

good point.. maybe its just spacing they don't want to overload one side with all the shooters.

More on that, it boggles me that they never put KD in draymond’s spot when putting steph and klay in that screening action. Idk if he doesn’t have the IQ or what but it seems like a good opportunity to default to a KD post/iso AFTER that kind of action.

Right, wasn't saying we don't run it...we don't run it enough with Klay as the shooter....he has to cover so much ground sometimes it's ridiculous. He is always the cutter. But yeah honestly, I was struggling for things to talk about in this one.

The set at 6:00 is just their standard low post split, they run it prolly 10 posessions a game and default to it when play breaks down. Their excecution on it has been sloppy this year, given that it won them their first trophy. Typically you see passer on the wing(N.Young), which gets KD running downhill Towards the left. When they inverse it like that, its normally when the passer is a better shooter(not the case here). The only reason it was open was from lazy and absent minded defense. Plus N.Young’s defender chased over so he should have dove to the bucket and sucked in Durant’s defender. You’re right, good play, but more bad excecution and discipline.

Don't have time to watch now, but I said out loud while watching the game: Alchemy called it! (after Klay had hit his first few)
