One thing that's not talked about is that Anthony Davis was picked first in the 2012 draft so he must feel some energy for these games against the pelicans.

Stevens is their superstar...Tatum is buttery man! He is so effortless, and maybe that is fooling me. Just not sure he has the dog in him. Like no doubt he is Vince carter good, but could he be Kobe good? Cause that’s how these Cs fans is talking. Boston is taking away the 3 ball they, 6ers have to stop rushing them up and get off the line.

To be clear I don't think he is doing anything dirty or trying to hurt him. But I think he was saving himself on that play, as well as making sure AD doesn't get back in the play before he does. I had a guy flip out on me in a rec league a few years ago in the 4th. He just started screaming stop fucking touching me! Mind you I had been called for maybe 2 fouls the entire game. He was just so aggravated with me bumping and "touching him " .....pause the entire game. It really wears on some guys.

For that long pass to AD that Dray tipped back... am I the only one that thinks Dray grabbed AD so he and The Brow wouldn't fall to the ground and get injured?? If you watch the end of that, Dray pats AD on the back as they both start to run to the other end. No one but Gentry was upset, including AD. AD knew it was a good move on Dray's part.

Great vid. I think it's much more preferable to have Curry make his return at home and not on the road. Back in 2016 when he came back against the Blazers, it took a long time for him to get going. His shot was cold. I believe he missed every 3 he took until the 4Q. He was only able to get going in the 4Q and OT. At home, he will feel more comfortable bc he can just go back into his routine. Players like being able to go thru their normal routines. Everything will feel familiar for Curry at Oracle bc he has gone thru it thousands of times before. This should allow him to get back into rhythm faster. From what I can remember, whenever Curry comes back after being out with injury and his first game is at home, he has a big game.

Loved the breakdown & feelin the sound effects lol
That finish him sample, gotta attach that on the KD dagger on Tuesday
100% let Curry back on the road off the bench. What's scary if you used him that way through this series, only 25-30 minutes he would straight abuse their second unit and the Chef could get into rhythm and avoid busting up them ankles. Everybody forgot about the ankles, Kerr hasn't. He don't say shit about it Curry, but he's like, "Yo I know you're knee's fine, but if I don't need you to get the W, every rested day is a blessing."
Klay and the staff should remember this for the upcoming years. He's got bounce cuz he broke the thumb and chilled for a while. Nobody plays harder than Klay and he cant be doing it for all 82 games no more. They talk about Lebron playing all 82, the King played a million minutes, but played less than half the defensive possessions, and sleeps in the fuckin' corner when he's off ball. Klay in future needs to get his rest prior to playoffs, fake an injury, take 10 days off, sip on that chocolate milk, but damn was that broken thumb a blessing.

The most right thing you said AA....because a guy is a good ball defender doesn't mean he's a good off ball defender and actually, vice versa....that's what is so great about Draymond....his versatility. In that Portland series Holiday was hawking the ball, sometimes alone and sometimes in a double, but Portland doesn't play the constant off ball movement game (where have you gone, Jimmy Paxton, Portland turns its lonely eyes to you, woo woo woo).

Another point might be, (counter to my argument) If this series is shorter than anticipated. Maybe he needs a few under his belt before Houston.

The sooner Steph gets back, the better. I agree with the point of pressure being "less" on the road than home, but I think it's important for him to get into his in game rhythm.

glad you included draymond's soft pass at the 3:13 mark. i had to watch that several times--it was a thing of beauty--the anticipation and trust. it could only work if draymond knew mritoc was not going to turn around. and those cross court passes to klay (like at 7:50) makes one appreciate that KD is pretty much just trying to predict when Klay's defender is about to get lost in the masses. lastly, that thing you mentioned where looney is communicating/coordinating the defense was nicely evident on a little clip not in your video as he and Quinn tried to figure out how to defend both mirotic and davis with 8:54 left in the 2nd. these are all signs of the team functioning at a high level--so unlike watching the thunder on friday night.
