shop closed- please read!

i'm so sorry- i've had to close the shop again because paypal have flagged my account lol. i guess because the shop has been dormant for a while, they've considered it suspicious that i'm suddenly taking in funds.
they've frozen my balance, so i've closed the shop to stop more money getting stuck. I've withdrawn what I can and will ship all of the existing orders out, so please don't worry if you've placed an order.
i'll work on these orders this week (placing a small order with my manufacturer) which will hopefully help free my paypal account back up. this whole thing is such a disaster and also super scary for me- i'm so sorry to anyone who's disappointed.
please feel free to leave questions below and i'll answer them for you. not sure how long they'll hold my funds for, but once i know I'll update you.
to clarify- anyone who has already placed an order will receive it, i just don't want to take any more right now in case i cant access the money to pay for them.
not really sure what to do! paypal's customer services are notoriously poor. hopefully i can contact them tomorrow nonetheless.

Oh my, I am so sorry this happened to you! I would go nuts if this happened to me. I hate having to wait for a company to resolve issues like these and to feel so powerless. I hope you were able to get some sleep over it and that everything will resolve quickly so that you do not have to be stressed for long.

2023-03-16 21:35:54 +0000 UTCI’ve had issues with PayPal before, I found that they took forever to reply to emails, but they were slightly more helpful when I called them, so that might be worth a try if things are still frozen tomorrow! I hope you get it sorted without too much stress 🤍
