Added 2023-04-04 16:24:57 +0000 UTChi everyone, i hope youβre all doing okay. just wanted to let you know that i sent the second batch of orders today, so just one batch left to go next week and theyβll all have been shipped! iβll add todays tracking codes this evening.
itβs all taken me a lot longer to pack than i expected- im constantly checking and rechecking, counting and recounting everyones ghosts and sticker sheets. at this point i think it was a weird kind of blessing that i was only able to take around 100 orders lol.
in addition to that, i havenβt been able to take as many parcels with me to the post office as usual- we can no longer put international parcels through the self service machines, so i have to queue for around 45 mins each time, then wait another 45 minutes at the kiosk while the orders are all individually processed π₯² as could be expected, everyone else in the queue behind me takes this very poorly, so the post office has become an extremely stressful (and loud) place.
all this to say, everything about this shop release has been stressful, but im almost finished and im so grateful for all of your patience and support. i might have to look into alternative shipping options when i reopen, but hopefully things will be running a little smoother soon. itβs times like this i really remember that iβm just a person, one individual, and not a βbusinessβ (maybe not even a small business lol).
i hope those of you who have received ghosts so far like them, and i canβt wait to share them with the rest of you, just as soon as iβm able ππ»ββοΈ

2023-04-05 16:34:16 +0000 UTCHey Megan, ditto Alex. I can imagine how stressful that is at the post office. The Royal Mail pick up Ashleigh mentioned sounds like a good idea. Also, couriers are becoming more competitive these days. Perhaps there is a courier company that can pick up directly from you. Good to have a few options on the list, just in case. Nice photo :)
