saturday 📝
Added 2023-05-27 15:20:24 +0000 UTChi everyone, i hope your saturday is treating you well!
this afternoon i'm working on the "final final" version of the base planner pages, and just wondered if anyone felt there was anything still missing?
this final version will have all of the previously added pages- daily, weekly, brain drain, commonplace, blank pages, additional notes, film/tv and book trackers, etc. i'm also adding an undated calendar page. once it's ready i'll upload it here for you in case you want to see/update! once these are finished, i'll start looking at adding some extra bits- "expansion packs" as my brother calls them lol. i'm also open to ideas and requests for these!
i also realised today that i have around 50 unread dm's here on patreon 🫣 not sure how i didn't know, but i somehow must have forgotten that patreon had a dm function because they've been building up for the last 6+ months! i'll work on replying to some of the more recent ones, but if you sent one some time ago and would like a reply, please send it again! so sorry about that 🥲
take care and speak soon, friends. i'm super excited to work on some more digital/planner products with you soon 🙇🏻♀️x

I plan to store the journaling and planning pages by month in a separate clear, inexpensive binder. The commonplace/reference pages will stay in my main binder for a while.

2023-05-30 10:28:35 +0000 UTCMy a5 binder arrived today and my autistic brain is buzzing with excitement about being able to make a tangible representation of my thoughts/activities/interests on paper in a way that actually works for me. Thank you so much for this idea and the pages!!! The only add-ons I could think of are more fun art based extras like little journalling related ghost cards or something!

2023-05-29 07:43:53 +0000 UTCthanks Megan🥰 I have dropped you an email. The short answer is: whatever is the most convenient to you, as I haven’t decided which printing method I‘ll stick with yet.

2023-05-28 19:13:03 +0000 UTCI am currently archiving my pages in binder rings (two sets of 3x rings that are attached to one another) to make a coverless binder. They’re quite inexpensive too and you can flip through it. Once I have a ‘full book‘ together, and I’ll know for sure I do not need to reference any of the pages on a frequent basis, I‘ll stitch or glue them together to make a book I guess😊

2023-05-28 19:09:44 +0000 UTCmy hope is to make a big batch of review pages, because i’d like some for recipes and stuff like that! i’ll definitely include a blank one too, thank you 🙇🏻♀️ if you drop me an email i can send you the commonplace page that you’re after! do you want just the single page or would you like the side-by-side for printing?

2023-05-28 17:26:28 +0000 UTCbinder clips is my plan too! hoping to make a small index card with the topics to attach to the front, then storing them (neatly) in a box of some kind. ideally i’d like to be able to find some sort of cheap, easy and reliable covers i could archive pages in (as you also mentioned!) but im not sure how easy/realistic that would actually be 🥲

2023-05-28 17:21:05 +0000 UTCThat's a great idea to stitch the pages together, they would make a lovely booklet. The cover will definitely help protect the pages when stored. You could even have a different colour card/stitching for each subject, lol. Let us know what you decide ;)

2023-05-28 16:50:46 +0000 UTCThanks for idea! I've been thinking about stitching them together somehow, and that's a good idea to use binder clips! It might be worth adding a cover made of plain cardboard. And I think that the pages should be numbered in advance. Want to see another thoughts too :)

2023-05-28 16:38:36 +0000 UTC@honeymoony - In the past, I've used binder clips to hold page sections together and labelled them up so it's easier to find them again without flipping through all the pages. Having an index or contents page can be helpful too. And then, I store them in a box and put them away in a cupboard or on a shelf. Other times I've stored note pages in a separate planner (cover)—this is usually more utilitarian with the intention of archiving pages, especially for things I'd like to refer to and reach for easily. I hope you find a solution for your study notes. I am also interested in hearing how everybody archives their pages :)

2023-05-28 16:18:44 +0000 UTCI would like to ask everyone: guys, how do you plan to store the written pages? I want to use the binder for my studies, but I don't know how to save the sheets that will be used. I don't understand how to make sure that the pages do not get mixed up and worn out. Does anyone have any ideas?

2023-05-28 13:38:41 +0000 UTCEverything fits together so nicely 💖. I think you have a solid set here. And, as you say, anything else can go into the expansion packs 🙃 📄✍️ My favourites from this set are the common place pages—with the index at the top in a dedicated place; the task list & additional notes which can move through the pages with you; and the flexibility of the brain drain and daily pages. I printed off the film/tv and book review/trackers. Awesome pages. Great decision making them into full spreads<3. Thanks, Megan. Have a good bank holiday weekend 🤗. Happy creating xx

2023-05-28 07:16:42 +0000 UTCHi Megan, first of all thank you so much for the great pages🥰 The only things I could maybe think of would be your log/review pages tweaked to have more or less blank spaces, so you could review anything, such as music, stationery, foods, makeup, places to visit etc. . I‘d personally also love a common place with no margin or a margin to split the page in half, because I like to analyse lyrics in my books, but it might be useful for other purposes too😊 thanks for sharing your work with us and asking for feedback! I hope you’re doing okay and you still enjoy working on it as much as you did when you first shared with us🫀

2023-05-28 05:08:09 +0000 UTCI would love a blank line page for notes 🗒️

2023-05-27 21:17:36 +0000 UTCthose were just my first draft/test pages! if you print the current weekly pages in grayscale, the only colour that will change is the rainbow bits at the top. they'd become a lil grayscale palette across the page- would that work?
Megan Rhiannon ✸
2023-05-27 16:47:52 +0000 UTCHello Megan , thank you so much for sharing your a5 Inserts . I wanted you to ask if you could share your black and white weekly inserts (the ones shown in ep. 40) if you don't mind .
Daniela
2023-05-27 16:39:31 +0000 UTCI think I send you a photo of what I mean, I’m bad in describing things 😅❤️
Luna
2023-05-27 15:52:21 +0000 UTCHow do you mean about the task list and the daily cross thing? The task list, brain drain, weekly, daily (and some of the other) pages all have a little column on the left for adding a checkmark, if thats what you mean maybe? The pages with a little colour should print nicely black and white- the colour bits will just be a lil grayscale palette instead. But yes, please still send photos! I'd love to keep seeing lil updates. I'm so glad you like the commonplace pages, and that they're helping you 🙇🏻♀️❤️🩹

2023-05-27 15:47:11 +0000 UTCYes I would love that to😍because I use it manly as a diary …☺️ And I would love if the task to do list has the daily cross thing (like the habit tracking and how you did it in your hobonichi weeks I think 😅) Some black and white options would be nice too, for people that only can print in black and white. Should we still send you photos?❤️ I really love that everything is in one place, now I use the commonplace (for special interest) pages daily. From 1% to 100%🤣🥲 I can see the improvement in my mood a lot, so thank you so much 🥹❤️

2023-05-27 15:42:13 +0000 UTCthanks for such lovely feedback, i'm really glad you like them! 🙇🏻♀️

2023-05-27 15:32:08 +0000 UTCcould definitely make an expansion with maybe a couple of alternative weekly views? i remember a couple of people also asking for sunday starts, so this could be a good option. thank you!
Megan Rhiannon ✸
2023-05-27 15:31:26 +0000 UTCi think they’re great as is! i’d be excited to see what you add as the expansion packs but as far as planning goes, the ones you’ve made so far work perfectly for my needs and there’s no more stress of filling out a daily page
Livi
2023-05-27 15:25:42 +0000 UTCmaybe a horizontal weekly layout? tho that could go in an expansion pack probably
