I found out it’s Elegant font size 8 and the Leading setting set to 5. It only lines up for half of the page so you have to do the text in 2 halves.

You can repurpose or as you said return to them later. I am the same, always carrying things from upstairs/downstairs and dropping everything on the way. I carry a bag with me now, lol. I like the way you write down (and have talked about in the past) doing ‘a little bit of work’. Small bursts of intentional work is good.
