In regards to memory issues I highly recommend looking into dyslexia and the issues it can cause with short term memory and how it can also affect the process of making something an unconscious habit (brushing teeth ect). It doesn't always come with spelling issues! I also really struggle with the mental fog and being unable to recall facts or memories. Just a suggestion :)
