hi everyone, i hope you're all doing okay! hitting you with a surprise video update this week, as i thought it would be a little easier to explain/show the things i've been working on, rather than trying to type it out.

this video hasn't been uploaded via youtube, but it seems as though patreon will create some auto-generated captions, so hopefully those will appear at some point 🫡

the one thing i forgot to mention is that the disappointment with the printing of the tn booklet is frustrating for everyday gloom- obviously they were both made using the same format, so i'm nervous about trying to get it printed to a high quality. not sure what to do there 💭 feels like a problem for post-appointment megan though, if i'm being honest.

the weather has been strange and gloomy here, which feels like a small mercy- although the humidity has been impossibly high. will take the win regardless 🌧️

hopefully after next week i'll have a better idea of what the next couple of months will look like- at the moment i'm sort of at the ambiguous mercy of the sleep clinic. it's possible i'll just end up on another waitlist, so we'll have to see. hopefully not 🤞🏻
