I realized I had given them partial credit for many of the camera-visible sections and had to update those to full credit. The heat map below shows what I have observed as opened and for which I have mostly given full credit, except for one section by the stage, which is partially opened.

Had the demand been there, they would've surely opened up more but they know best what the rate of movement is and if there is a need to open up more. It just wasn't fast enough for them to pull the trigger on the hard cam sections.
